Overview As an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR consultant, you will support and optimize the Core HR modules, ensuring stable performance and successful implementations. You will gather client requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design practical solutions during deployment. Expect to provide end-user training and develop thorough documentation to enable effective use. You'll coordinate with global teams to resolve issues and design/validate HCM reports. Responsibilities- Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules to ensure stability and performance
- Support implementations including configuration, testing, and deployment
- Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during implementation
- Deliver end-user support, training, and guidance on HCM Core HR functionalities
- Develop and maintain documentation for HCM Core HR configurations and processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams to align and resolve support issues
- Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR reports
Key requirements- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience)
- Payroll proficiency (bonus)
- SQL query experience (bonus)
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications a plus
