Project Manager - Fire Building Safety

In this Project Manager role, you will oversee delivery for fire protection and related safety projects in Phoenix, coordinating schedules, resources, and client expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional design teams to ensure milestones are met and governance standards are followed. You will translate complex engineering work into clear updates and reports for clients, shaping project outcomes and risk management. • Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, staffing, and risk registers
• Direct project team activities across engineering design and consulting tasks
• Prepare and present client-ready reports and presentations
• Monitor financial performance, resource forecasting, and critical-path execution
• Oversee staff delivering building and fire code reviews
• Oversee the design of fire protection systems (fire alarm, sprinkler, special hazard)

• Project Management experience
• Professional report writing experience in a consulting environment
• Experience with project management software (Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Microsoft Planner Premium)

• Good communication and negotiating skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
