Overview

In this role you help drive regional HR operations for ProSidian, aligning people strategies with client needs and firm policies. You'll manage talent acquisition, staffing plans, and HR programs while ensuring compliance and safety standards. You collaborate with leadership to support health, security, and employee relations across multiple engagements, contributing to firm growth and a healthy work environment. This is a high-visibility role with impact on client relationships and workforce effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Attract, hire, and manage regional staffing across the Tri-Cities area
  • Oversee budgets and implement firm policies; maintain HR systems
  • Support time management and invoicing processes for task orders
  • Manage health, safety, and OSHA compliance programs
  • Provide employee relations guidance and coaching to staff and contractors
  • Foster client relationships and assist in staffing and recruitment solutions
  • Lead recruitment programs and ensure compliance with labor laws and EEO requirements
  • Support operations for multiple client engagements and internal teams
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and develop teams; project and time management
  • Knowledge of employment laws and OSHA regulations
  • Proficient with HRIS and MS Office; admin experience
  • Security clearance a plus (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience inside and outside sales is advantageous
  • Ability to travel to job sites as needed
