Overview In this role, you support the Translational Models group by coordinating in vivo study requests and providing animal model expertise across drug discovery. You will partner with ARW veterinarians and project teams to track study progress and optimize model translational value. The position blends wet-lab familiarity with strong project management to drive model development and troubleshooting. You'll work across therapeutic units to shape translational strategies and deliver actionable insights for development.
Responsibilities- Manage requests for animal model and in vivo study support
- Track progress of in vivo studies via regular meetings with project teams
- Conduct background research on in vivo models
- Assist with model development, troubleshooting, and optimization to improve translatability
- Coordinate cross-functional interactions across drug discovery phases
- Support Translational Models objectives through planning and communication
Key requirements- In vivo pharmacology experience
