You serve as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic HR programs across compensation, performance, compliance, and leadership development while managing client relationships. You'll act as a thought leader, expanding HR design ideas and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities- Develop and deliver innovative HR strategies and programs for clients across multiple service areas
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their mission and goals and promote HR tactics that support them
- Expand on client ideas by designing and implementing HR processes to improve business effectiveness
- Lead client projects to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and manage resources and budgets
- Promote the OneDigital brand through thought leadership events and cross-sell other services
- Oversee retainer or project budgets, billing, and contract clarity for ongoing work
- Contribute to internal culture, initiatives, and learning initiatives
- Participate in client-facing activities such as surveys, newsletters, and customer satisfaction efforts
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to assigned resources
- Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and high-quality customer service
