Overview In this role you design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs that support technical and employee development aligned with business needs. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts to update curricula, create accessible training media, and coordinate programs across diverse audiences. You'll track metrics to drive improvement and help scale learning across the organization. This position sits in Carollo's Learning and Development team, shaping capabilities in the water sector.

Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain learning programs and resources
- Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update curricula
- Create and maintain training media and digital assets
- Coordinate program logistics and communications to support learning experiences
- Support implementation and evaluation of programs
- Track learning metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Recommend enhancements based on feedback and metrics
Key requirements- MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong integrity and accountability in delivering quality learning solutions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Understanding of adult learning principles (ADDIE) and evaluation models (Kirkpatrick) and comfort with multimedia training platforms
