Overview As Corporate Counsel, you will lead drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex IT, applications, digital, and AI services contracts to support sales and delivery teams. You'll advise on terms, risks, and outsourcing arrangements while collaborating with global stakeholders. You may assist with employment law and governance matters, contributing to a responsible, client-focused legal function. This role offers exposure to multi-vertical, cross-border transactions in a leading tech services company.
Responsibilities- Lead counsel in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT, applications, digital, consulting and AI services contracts
- Advise business clients on terms, conditions, and risks in outsourcing relationships (including SLAs, pricing, IP, benchmarking, termination)
- Assist in developing and achieving resolutions to business disputes with customers
- Enforce compliance with corporate policies
- Collaborate with internal corporate units and global stakeholders
- Manage internal executive briefings and escalations
- Provide legal support for employment law issues as needed
Key requirements- At least 4 years of experience as a lawyer; some law firm experience preferred
- At least 3 years of drafting and negotiating complex IT services agreements; leading or second-chairing IT/BPO agreements
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and interact with senior business executives
- Knowledge of the market for complex IT services
- Strong written and verbal communications skills (English)
