Overview In this role you will serve as the primary relationship lead for a defined book of business, shaping account strategy and aligning with client goals. You'll coordinate the broader account team to deliver on commitments and ensure a high-quality client experience through proactive leadership and issue resolution. This position offers remote work with a focus on stewardship, renewals, and strategic problem solving within a growing PBM-enabled healthcare tech environment. You will work in a cross-functional setting to drive client impact and retention, with opportunities to scale with experience.

Responsibilities- Lead as the primary relationship owner for a book of business and steer account strategy and recommendations aligned to client goals
- Coordinate the wider account team, clarifying roles, priorities, deliverables, and commitments
- Ensure a high-quality client experience through proactive leadership, risk management, issue resolution, and retention-focused execution
- Direct client-facing activities, including stewardship meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), renewals, and strategic issue resolution
- Scale responsibilities with increasing independence and stakeholder seniority
Key requirements- 5+ years as an Account Executive in pharmacy, within health plans, managed care, or PBM focused on Health Plans and Payer Commercial and Government Programs
- Strong market and operational knowledge of Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and Health Exchange pharmacy
- Experience with clients governed by Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) rules and regulations
