Overview In this role you will shape and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within Lonza's SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will partner with business leaders to design future-state solutions that boost efficiency, data quality, and decision-making. Responsibilities- Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable process solutions
- Analyze and redesign Procurement, Supply Chain, Invoicing, and Payment processes for future-state operations
- Lead process mapping and design within SAP S/4HANA
- Collaborate with stream teams, SI partners, and stakeholders to validate requirements and proposed solutions
- Support testing, data migration, training, and change management through the project lifecycle
- Create and maintain process documentation, standards, and training materials
- Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes, data quality, and system utilization
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Master's degree preferred (in related field)
- Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Invoicing, and Payment processes with master data management
- Strong understanding of business process design, optimization, and transformation
- Experience with SAP solutions, preferably SAP S/4HANA and procurement modules
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
