Overview

In this role you will optimize the S4/HANA platform to support Analyze to Decide (A2D) processes, including product costing, variance analysis, management accounting, and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test robust process solutions that improve data accuracy and decision-making. You will lead end-to-end module setup, integrate with FI/CO and MM, and drive global template deployment with post-launch support. Responsibilities
  • Contribute deep A2D and business model expertise to global template design and standard reporting
  • Guide stakeholders, capture user needs, build dashboards, and prioritize critical tasks
  • Translate needs into process solutions and identify automation opportunities in S/4HANA
  • Manage end-to-end module setup and ensure integration with SAP areas like FI/CO and MM
  • Lead testing with data teams, validate system requirements, and maintain process documentation
  • Support global template deployment on schedule and provide post-launch hypercare
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and address issues after go-live
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance; 5-10 years of Product Costing / Variance Analysis / Project Accounting / Management Accounting / FP&A
  • Proven S/4HANA project experience and Finance workstreams (ideally Controlling)
  • Hands-on site controlling and SAP end-user experience
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Kneat and/or Signavio (desired)
  • Familiarity with industry best practices in relevant area
  • Self-starter with leadership and process-improvement focus
