Overview In this role you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle to support NCR Voyix's growth across the United States. You will partner with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience. You'll advise leaders on hiring decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion diversity and inclusion. This onsite role at our Midtown Atlanta HQ offers the chance to impact across functions, shaping teams that power unified commerce solutions.
Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding coordination
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, direct outreach
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments for qualifications and fit
- Provide market insights and recruiting guidance to managers
- Maintain consultative, customer-focused recruitment with internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with policies, employment laws, and best practices
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
- Onsite work five days/week (Mon-Fri) at Midtown Atlanta
- Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor markets, recruiting trends, and employment practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
- Proven ability to source passive and active candidates via multiple channels
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
- Strong organizational and project management skills
