You'll work with cross-functional teams to craft multi-day instructor-led trainings and interactive eLearning, applying adult learning principles. You will drive content strategy, use AI and new learning tech, and partner with subject matter experts to meet customer needs. Responsibilities- Audit training content and define a strategic learning path
- Outline and storyboard multi-day instructor-led trainings with SMEs
- Create interactive eLearning using Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Collaborate with video producers on animations
- Review learner feedback and evaluation data for improvements
- Partner with managers to tailor training solutions for customers
- Explore and apply AI, microlearning, and emerging learning technologies
Key requirements- Degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field (as per description)
- Portfolio of sophisticated learning content across formats
- 7+ years of experience developing technical training for diverse audiences
- Passion for translating complex topics into engaging experiences based on adult learning theories
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Mastery of PowerPoint, Word, and Articulate tools; Adobe Creative Suite a bonus
