Overview Inthis role you will oversee a claims team of five, shaping governance and best practices across claims operations. You will partner with program management, underwriting, actuarial, finance, and reinsurance to drive outcomes. You will analyze data trends, manage TPAs through due diligence, and ensure efficient claim resolution and cash flow. This position offers remote work with some in-office presence in New Jersey and a clear path to strategic leadership within a growing program.

Responsibilities- supervise a team of 5 and coordinate with internal departments
- create and implement claims best practices and governance
- review reservations of rights, denials, large losses, and claim payments
- monitor escrow cash flow and financial implications
- analyze monthly data feeds to identify trends and contractual metrics
- lead preliminary review and due diligence of TPAs
- coordinate TPA claims review meetings with TPA, Program Management, and Program Partners
- contribute to various claims-related projects
Key requirements- college degree and 5+ years of claims experience including management
- strong claims reporting, technical and analytical skills
