Overview In this role you join a leading global Projects, Energy & Infrastructure Finance practice to handle sophisticated project finance and infrastructure transactions. You will work in New York or Washington, D.C., in a hybrid setup, collaborating with cross functional teams on large domestic and international deals. Your work will shape financing strategies for energy, resources, and renewables while advancing the firm's market leadership. Responsibilities- Advise sponsors, lenders, investors and developers on project finance and infrastructure transactions
- Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements and ancillary financing documents
- Support transactions across energy, power, infrastructure and natural resources sectors, including renewables
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale domestic and international matters
- Manage transactional workflows from diligence through closing
Key requirements- Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school
- Active Bar Admission in New York or Washington, D.C., in good standing
- 2+ years of substantive finance-related transactional experience
- Experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure and/or private equity transactions preferred
- Exposure to domestic and cross-border financings
- Prior experience at a top-tier U.S. or international law firm preferred
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced environment
