Overview In this role you will partner with Stripe's senior leaders to identify, attract, and hire top executive talent across engineering leadership. You will design and execute high-impact leadership searches, shaping hiring processes and candidate experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to align hiring with business needs, using data and market insights to guide decisions. Responsibilities- Partner with executives to recruit engineering leadership for Stripe's highest-priority roles
- Define, design, and run end-to-end leadership searches and candidate outreach strategies
- Map talent landscapes, calibrate internally, and align with external talent supply
- Manage end-to-end processes from contact to onboarding, including negotiations and stakeholder communications
- Collaborate with People Partners, Compensation, and Business Leads to ensure hiring aligns with business goals
- Develop competency-based interviews to assess leadership capabilities and fit
- Foster trust-based relationships with candidates and guide negotiations
- Leverage team systems to capture market, client, and candidate data for process and intelligence
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and strong representation of Stripe values
Key requirements- 10+ years executive search experience in technology
- Proven ability to identify, engage, and close senior-level passive candidates
- Outstanding sourcing and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers, including the senior team
- Ability to use talent market insights to influence leadership decisions
- Strong relationship-building across cross-functional partners
