Overview In this role you lead daily on-site construction operations at Walmart Realty, supervising subcontractors and field personnel to ensure safe, high-quality project execution. You coordinate trades, scheduling, and look-ahead planning to keep milestones on track, while managing site logistics and regulatory inspections. You mentor teams to foster a high-performing culture, report progress to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across construction phases. Responsibilities- Lead daily on-site operations and supervise subcontractors and field personnel
- Coordinate trades, scheduling, and work sequencing to meet project milestones
- Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules to identify upcoming needs and constraints
- Manage site logistics including material deliveries, equipment, and workforce coordination
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards through audits and corrective actions
- Coordinate regulatory, jurisdictional, and client inspections
- Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and field records
- Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture
Key requirements- Proven experience leading onsite construction operations with supervisory responsibilities over subcontractors and field personnel
- Expertise in scheduling, including look-ahead planning and sequencing adjustments to meet timelines
- Ability to enforce safety protocols and conduct audits for OSHA and company standards
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve field conflicts and implement design changes
