Overview

As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from concept to closeout, steering schedules, budgets, and quality while guiding multidisciplinary teams. You'll manage client expectations, coordinate consultants, and ensure design intent is realized, mentoring rising professionals and fostering our culture. The role blends planning, coordination, and QA/QC to deliver excellent outcomes. You'll work across design and construction phases, driving impact through structured processes and effective communication. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with a clear pathway to leadership and product-quality excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project lifecycle across planning, design development, construction documents, bidding, construction administration and closeout
  • Manage scope, schedule and budget; develop work plans, track milestones, forecast fees, review invoices, and address risks and changes
  • Serve as primary client liaison; set expectations, present updates, ensure excellent client experience
  • Coordinate architects, interior designers, and consultants to maintain design cohesion and accuracy
  • Assist with proposals, negotiate consultant agreements, track contract compliance, support business development presentations
  • Oversee QA/QC reviews, code analysis, permitting documentation, and adherence to firm standards
  • Lead construction administration: review submittals, respond to RFIs, issue ASIs/PRs/COs, conduct site visits and punch lists
  • Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies
  • Maintain organized project files, minutes, decision logs, and status reports for stakeholders
  • Mentor and manage staff; delegate tasks and foster collaborative, accountable teams
  • Adapt to evolving priorities and propose process improvements
  • Embrace core values in daily work
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • 8+ years of architectural experience
  • 2+ years leading projects or teams
  • Registered Architect (RA)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Strong planning, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF mark-up tools (Bluebeam)
