Responsibilities- Manage and assist with high-stakes business litigation across industries
- Conduct discovery and take/defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions and briefs in state and federal courts
- Participate in trial preparation, hearings, and courtroom proceedings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
- Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and internal teams
Key requirements- 4+ years of substantive commercial, business litigation experience
- Active Bar Admission in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, in good standing
- Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school; strong academic record
- Depositions experience; stand-up courtroom advocacy
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; able to work collaboratively and independently
