Overview Senior Level Energy Programs Legal Advisor to support energy programs for a US federal agency, anchored in CONUS with international project support. You will help implement legal, regulatory, policy, governance and transactional aspects to improve energy sector performance and attract private investment. The role covers four technical themes and involves capacity building, environmental stewardship, and resilience in post-disaster/post-conflict contexts. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable energy outcomes and economic growth.

Responsibilities- Support requirements for energy programs addressing legal, regulatory and governance needs
- Assist in implementing energy sector programs under an IDIQ to improve sector performance and enable private investment
- Contribute to capacity building, technical assistance, and operational aspects of energy programs
- Engage in post-disaster and post-conflict energy program activities and resilience efforts
- Support environmental stewardship and sustainable growth in energy sectors
- Coordinate across agency priorities including governance, regulation, and financial aspects of programs
