HR Generalist

As a Human Resources Representative on Bechtel's Manufacturing & Technology Projects, you will support the project lifecycle by delivering HR services that enable safe, productive teams. You will help recruit, onboard, relocate and engage employees while aligning with Bechtel policies and project goals. Your work supports a positive culture, cross-functional collaboration and data-driven initiatives to improve retention and organizational effectiveness. • Coordinate recruitment and engagement activities to support staffing objectives
• Support employee relocation and mobilization for project assignments
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new team members
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale
• Analyze employment metrics and design reporting to reduce turnover
• Coordinate training sessions to enhance team capabilities
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and legal requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Project HR Manager

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 2+ years of experience, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Knowledge of Bechtel structure, HR policies, SAP and related tools
• Experience across staffing, engagement, and learning/development
• Strong research, problem-solving, and ability to propose actions
• Proficient report writing and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; HRIS experience with SAP, Smartstaff, Power BI, Excel
• Ability to coordinate with external stakeholders for events and programs
