Overview In this role you will independently support HR functions across recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and policy implementation. You will guide managers and employees on HR policies, manage day-to-day HR activities, and contribute to strategic HR projects. Based at the Florence, KY facility, you will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and effective people programs. This position offers exposure to manufacturing environments and opportunities to influence workforce engagement and development.

Responsibilities- Communicate and interpret HR policies; coach managers and employees on performance, harassment, and discrimination issues
- Coordinate employee activities and programs; ensure legal compliance
- Monitor salary increases within guidelines and conduct job evaluations for non-benchmark roles
- Communicate benefits changes, educate employees, and oversee open enrollment
- Prepare and analyze HR reports; support strategic HR initiatives
- Recruit, screen, interview, and select internal and external applicants; manage transfers and offers
- Coordinate interviews, travel logistics for candidates, and communicate job details
- Perform reference checks, conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews, and support relocation
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training

- Advanced PC skills and proficiency with Windows-based systems
