Overview As a Project Manager, you will steer construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within budget and schedule. You will lead field operations, engineers, and superintendents while maintaining strong owner and subcontractor relationships. The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency across large marine/infrastructure projects. You'll shape execution strategies, manage resources, and drive financial outcomes in a dynamic, relocation-friendly environment.

Responsibilities- Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure policy compliance
- Oversee financial objectives by monitoring all project stages
- Coordinate meetings with area superintendents and engineers to plan means, methods, and schedules
- Manage field operations and align work sequences with the Project Executive
- Review estimates and staffing to allocate resources effectively
- Approve monthly cost updates, cash flow projections, and change orders
- Anticipate needs to prevent delays and plan staffing for each phase
- Form and lead a project management team and set goals
- Control work planning through the project team
- Resolve technical and operational challenges
- Lead communication with department leads and ensure work execution by superintendents
- Ensure safety, quality, and production targets; close out projects with paperwork and retainages
- Travel and relocation as needed
- Field roles across multiple locations and conditions
Key requirements- 10+ years of construction project management experience, with a focus on infrastructure, bridges, docks, and marine
- Undergraduate degree in construction engineering, construction management, or related field (preferred)
- Ability to understand scheduling, cost control, and reading owner specs and drawings
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong work ethic and detail orientation
- Effective oral and written communication skills

- Ability to travel and relocate as needed
