Overview In this role, you oversee construction operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards. You'll coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients across commercial, educational, healthcare, and municipal sectors, driving progress and resolving issues. You'll lead site activities, monitor compliance and quality, and maintain detailed project documentation. This is a hands-on leadership role that shapes project execution through cross-functional collaboration and rigorous safety practices. Responsibilities- Oversee daily construction operations and ensure safety and building code compliance
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction teams to meet milestones
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with project stakeholders and provide regular updates
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design specifications are met
Key requirements- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar in commercial and multifamily projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes
- Experience with K-12 education, healthcare, and municipal construction projects is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
