Overview As a Construction Project Manager with IC4 level at Microsoft CO+I, you will drive the delivery of data center projects and infrastructure improvements. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align with cost, safety, security, and schedule objectives, ensuring compliant and data-driven decisions. You'll lead risk mitigation, vendor coordination, and project tracking to support scalable, secure, and efficient site builds. This role offers impact across global data center initiatives within a mission-driven, innovative cloud environment.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure adherence to new processes and cost-saving objectives
- Attend and lead project meetings (owner/architect/contractor) with a security-first mindset
- Support delivery of local data center construction and retrofit projects with data-driven recommendations
- Assist with project tracking, KPI reporting, and financial documentation for status updates
- Support risk mitigation activities and maintain safety and regulatory compliance
- Provide feedback on engineering designs and site plans to align with security priorities
- Monitor vendor performance and assist with procurement-related activities
- Prepare and support RFPs, PERs, and project approval templates
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years related experience or equivalent experience
- 7+ years experience on data center projects (preferred)
