Overview

In this role you will expand and validate analytical capabilities to support radiochemistry, manufacturing, and regulatory activities. You will develop methods, perform testing, and generate robust data to back product development and quality objectives. You'll collaborate across Chemistry, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams to enable continuous improvement and growth in radiopharmaceutical and brachytherapy applications. This position offers a 4 day work week with a 15% second shift differential and meaningful impact on patient care and manufacturing excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain analytical methods for manufacturing, product development, and quality objectives
  • Perform analytical testing using ICP-OES, ICP-MS, and other instrumentation to generate reliable data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support investigations, process improvements, and new product development
  • Establish and maintain QA/QC procedures, specifications, and supporting documentation
  • Support lab qualification activities, instrument calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Interpret data and communicate results in technical reports and documentation
  • Support investigations involving deviations, CAPAs, non-conformances, and out-of-specification results
  • Evaluate and implement new analytical techniques and capabilities for future needs
  • Ensure compliance with quality systems, laboratory safety, and radiation safety standards
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Radiochemistry, or related field
  • 5+ years experience operating ICP-OES and ICP-MS including method development, validation, troubleshooting, and data interpretation
  • Experience developing, validating, and improving analytical methods
  • Strong technical report writing and scientific documentation skills
  • Experience establishing and maintaining QA/QC laboratory processes and procedures
  • Experience in regulated analytical laboratory environments
