Overview As a data-focused consultant, you will transform business problems into data-driven solutions across domains. You will act as a liaison between stakeholders and analytics teams, presenting insights and driving data-enabled improvements. You will prepare and manipulate datasets, build models, and deliver clear narratives that quantify business value. This role fits within the Finance function to advance strategic decisions and data quality at scale. You'll join cross-functional efforts to support process improvements and enterprise data initiatives.
Responsibilities- Partner with business stakeholders to define problems and plan analytics projects
- Source, prepare, and consolidate data assets using complex joins for analysis
- Profile and prepare data, creating derived elements and macros for efficiency
- Build and automate models to analyze outcomes with tables, graphs, and forecasts
- Interpret results, quantify business value, and develop stakeholder-ready narratives
- Provide coaching and act as a go-to analyst for multiple partners with varying requirements
- Manage multiple projects and support process improvement initiatives with tight timelines
- Document procedures for data sourcing, analysis, and reporting to ensure data integrity
Key requirements- Master's degree in a quantitative field or Bachelor's in a quantitative field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience analyzing databases/files using SQL and statistical programming languages
- Proficiency with Power BI and Tableau
- Experience handling large data sets and complex joins
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
