Overview As Property Manager, you will supervise day-to-day operations and lead staff to deliver high-quality service for residents. You act as the main point of contact for residents, staff, families, and partners, driving occupancy and satisfaction. You will oversee budgets, compliance, and preventative maintenance to maintain excellence across a senior living property. Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day property operations and act as main stakeholder for decision-making
- Lead property operations to optimize occupancy and engage with residents, families, and guests
- Hire, train, and manage all property staff
- Maintain compliance of resident records with city, state, and federal programs
- Manage property budget and cash flow
- Ensure building and grounds meet high standards through preventative maintenance programs
Key requirements- 6+ months management experience in Hospitality or Senior Housing
- Valid Driver's license
- Strong professional communication and listening skills with residents, guests, and coworkers
- Ability to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and hostile residents
- Proven management skills and ability to work harmoniously with staff
- Compassion and patience under stress
- Willingness to be on call 24/7 and manage financials and emergencies
