Overview In this role you advance a sophisticated real estate practice within a growing firm, handling complex commercial transactions and building lasting client relationships. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to developers, investors, landlords, tenants, lenders, and business owners. You will shape strategic real estate matters and contribute to practice growth while mentoring others.
Compensation / Benefits- compensation: $275,000-$400,000+ depending on productivity
- 15% origination on collected revenue
- profit-sharing contributions (historically $10,000-$28,000)

Responsibilities- Advise on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and investment transactions
- Structure, negotiate, and document purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, easements, and related agreements
- Counsel clients on strategic real estate matters and risk management
- Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to practice growth
- Partner with attorneys across practice areas to deliver comprehensive real estate solutions
Key requirements- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission
- Significant commercial real estate experience in a law firm
- Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and related transactional matters
- Experience independently managing client relationships and sophisticated matters
- Existing book of business or demonstrated business development success
