Overview In this role you will lead strategic sourcing to build proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs, helping ENFRA attract top talent. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to shape sourcing strategies using market insights and data. You will quickly mobilize for high-priority, hard-to-fill roles and ensure a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience. This position offers impact across critical projects, with a focus on speed, quality, and market intelligence to support growth and transformation in the energy sector.
Responsibilities- Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical and future roles through research, outreach, and relationship management with passive candidates
- Conduct advanced sourcing using Boolean/X-ray searches, social networks, job boards, and referrals
- Analyze labor market trends and competitor insights to inform recruiting strategies
- Advise hiring leaders on talent availability and attraction challenges as a strategic partner
- Leverage data and campaign metrics to refine sourcing strategies and improve outcomes
- Support recruiting by coordinating outreach, interviewing, and postings with the Talent Acquisition team
- Maintain sourcing databases and talent communities for accurate candidate engagement tracking
- Re-engage past applicants and passive candidates for new opportunities and programs
- SWAT Recruiting - rapidly deploy to high-urgency requisitions
- Own full-cycle recruiting for SWAT roles, from intake to offer
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define priorities and success profiles
- Deliver fast, quality results with a positive candidate experience
- Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and risk assessment during critical searches
- Serve as flexible resource shifting focus with business demand
- Provide regular updates on pipeline readiness and market trends
- Maintain accurate, compliant ATS/CRM records
- Ensure inclusive, brand-aligned candidate experience at all stages
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a similar field
- 6+ years in talent sourcing, corporate recruiting, or related HR role
- Proven ability to build pipelines for future hiring needs
- Experience filling high-priority or hard-to-fill roles under tight timelines
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments
- Experience using ATS and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong networking abilities
