Overview In this role you support property operations and tenant relations, ensuring smooth administration and timely service delivery. You work closely with the property team to manage files, leases, budgets, and service contracts, while maintaining high professionalism. You help enhance tenant experiences through service programs and timely communications. This position offers exposure to end-to-end property administration in a dynamic CRE environment.

Responsibilities- Provide full administrative support (phone, typing, reports, filing)
- Assist in lease administration and keep database current
- Maintain organized property files and contracts
- Coordinate bid proposals and service contracts
- Monitor aging reports and follow delinquencies per policy
- Process invoices with proper backup and procedures
- Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and furniture logistics
- Oversee work order and purchase order systems
- Develop and update Tenant Service Package and keep tenant data current
- Update office procedures and ensure COI for tenants/vendors are up to date
- Manage staff hours, expense reports, and check requests
- Process tenant bill-backs for electricity and after-hours HVAC
- Assist in annual budgets and on-site bank deposits
- Lead property inspections with service providers
- Oversee performance of service contractors
Key requirements- 1 year real estate property management or related experience
- High school diploma/GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
