Overview As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead recruiting across 14 offices, shaping hiring strategy and building strong talent pipelines for current and future needs. You'll partner with leaders, elevate the candidate experience, and influence workforce planning in an employee-owned engineering firm. You'll tackle end-to-end recruitment challenges and drive measurable improvements in time-to-fill and quality of hire. Responsibilities- Own end-to-end full cycle recruiting from intake to closing
- Develop and lead hiring strategies across all offices to build pipelines
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning and market conditions
- Resolve complex hiring issues while maintaining high candidate experience
- Analyze recruiting metrics to improve outcomes
- Evaluate candidates and present qualified candidates to managers
- Build relationships with universities and associations to expand pipelines
- Collaborate on offer processes including salary ranges and start dates
- Streamline recruiting processes and maintain accurate ATS records
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or 9+ years of recruiter experience in lieu of degree
- Experience in Architectural/Engineering/Construction industry preferred
- Experience developing talent strategies, workforce plans, and hiring forecasts
- Proficiency with ATS and candidate relationship management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for multiple roles
- Proactive, independent, and able to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices; SHRM credentials preferred
- Ability to travel and participate in some evening events
