Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex civil-related projects in industrial and power spaces, balancing schedule, budget, and safety. You'll guide dispersed teams, leveraging proprietary products and in-house experts to deliver durable concrete repair and restoration work. You'll collaborate with Estimators, Sales, and executives to translate bids into proven field execution. This role offers high autonomy and opportunities to shape major projects and teams within STRUCTURAL's mission to strengthen structures.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex construction projects to on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions with internal teams
  • Develop and manage project schedules with field leadership
  • Oversee project financials including P&L and forecasts
  • Provide leadership to project teams (PMs, Field Managers, Project Engineers, crews)
  • Collaborate with Estimators and Sales on bids and proposals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Commit to 24/7 safety and quality control on all projects
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of relevant commercial construction/restoration experience
  • Experience managing projects valued $1-5 million
  • Experience with structural concrete repair, strengthening, and/or industrial maintenance (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management/forecasting tools
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor others
