Talent Sourcing Specialist

Overview

In this role you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for multiple trades within our Raleigh operation, supporting the Talent Management Team. You will work closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs and build strong talent pipelines. You will employ creative sourcing and networking to attract active and passive candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding handoff. This position offers impact by aligning talent acquisition with our industrial services and growth objectives. You will help shape our ability to recruit top craft talent across a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead full recruiting lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding) for craft positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and talent mobility specialists to define roles, competencies, and qualifications
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job boards and UltiPro; build and maintain talent pipelines
  • Network actively to attract candidates and engage passive talent for current and future roles
  • Manage applicant tracking system and requisition workflow; coordinate onboarding processes with Talent Processing Coordinator
  • Provide timely, transparent updates on requisitions and candidate status
  • Establish relationships with managers to evaluate talent and interview process effectiveness
  • Handle administrative duties related to recruitment and candidate communications
  • Adapt to additional duties as assigned
Key requirements
  • Minimum five years of industrial recruiting experience across multiple trades
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of EEO, FLSA, and diversity recruiting practices
  • Ability to work independently and in a team; strong multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills
