Key requirements- Bachelor degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Professional credential or certification: CPA, CFA Level 3, JD, PhD, MBA or Master's in Finance/Real Estate/related fields, Appraiser licenses or professional designations (CRE, CRI, CCIM, CHA, PMP) or equivalent
