In this role you will represent clients in commercial disputes with a focus on real estate matters, guiding case strategy and navigating litigation from research to court proceedings. Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in commercial litigation cases, including property disputes and real estate matters
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case arguments and strategies
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Negotiate settlements and engage in mediation processes when applicable
  • Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
  • Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes of their cases
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to build strong case strategies
Key requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on real estate and property disputes
  • Strong understanding of litigation processes, land use regulations, and commercial law
  • Excellent research, analytical, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
