Responsibilities- Represent clients in commercial litigation cases, including property disputes and real estate matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case arguments and strategies
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Negotiate settlements and engage in mediation processes when applicable
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes of their cases
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to build strong case strategies
Key requirements- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on real estate and property disputes
- Strong understanding of litigation processes, land use regulations, and commercial law
- Excellent research, analytical, and written communication skills
