Overview In this role you support the electrical design team as a Construction Administration specialist, ensuring projects meet design intent on site. You'll liaise with contractors and engineers on complex data center and airport builds, coordinate site visits, and help maintain quality and safety standards. You'll work closely with PMs and discipline leads to keep projects on track and mentor junior staff. This position offers growth through hands-on collaboration and exposure to high-profile clients.

Responsibilities- Track and closeout construction submittals and RFIs
- Serve as liaison between contractor and design team during construction administration
- Coordinate site visits and monitor on-site progress
- Observe work, report deviations, and ensure schedule compliance
- Peer review design documents, schematics, and specs as part of QA/QC
- Mentor junior staff in construction administration best practices
- Stay updated on NEC, IEEE, NECA, OSHA and related regulations
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or licensed Master Electrician/Electrical Contractor
- Minimum 6 years of project and construction management on multi-building green field sites
- Ability to walk and climb on active construction sites
- Experience with hyperscale data center construction a plus
- Willingness to travel 40-50%
- Authorized to work in the United States
