Requirements:
What We're Looking For:2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.Strong leadership and communication skills.Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.A proactive, results-driven mindset.A positive, team-oriented approach.Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish)Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)Compensation details: 0 Yearly SalaryPIcdeafc02c22f-9610
