Overview As a Program Manager, you will lead multi-disciplinary community development initiatives to align local needs with Google's data center strategy. You will build and maintain partnerships with public, private, and community stakeholders to accelerate infrastructure delivery and deliver measurable social impact. You will translate research into location-specific development plans and educate communities about the role and impact of data centers. This role sits at the nexus of community engagement and cross-functional execution within a fast-growing Google environment.

Responsibilities- Engage with opinion leaders and community groups to center initiatives on local needs and business objectives
- Scale sub-regional community affairs coverage in emerging markets with place-based strategies
- Develop location-specific development plans from research data turned into actionable insights
- Create communication tools to educate communities about data-center roles and impacts
- Localize and implement community development initiatives in each community
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across Google teams (acquisition, energy,政策/government affairs, cloud operations, marketing, local data center teams)
- Support community development goals with programmatic engagement for data center markets and drive measurable social impact
- Institutionalize best practices in a rapidly growing organization, serving as SME on data center delivery and community engagement
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- 5 years in data centers, utilities, government, advanced manufacturing, or capital intensive industries
- 5 years developing and launching local, state, national or global public-private partnerships
