BarSplice manufactures innovative mechanical splicing and anchorage systems used in major construction projects around the world. Our products have been used on projects including One World Trade Center, State Farm Stadium, Buc-Ees, The Brent Spencer Bridge, hospitals, and major international structures across all seven continents.We're looking for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor who has thorough knowledge of manufacturing, processes, and CNC Machines. What you will do as a Supervisor:Lead and support part of the BarSplice night shift production teamTrain and develop machine operatorsTroubleshoot CNC and other machines with common production issuesMonitor production, quality, safety, and efficiencyHelp keep machines and production running smoothlyUse computer systems to track production and complete documentationCommunicate production needs and issues with managementHold the team accountable while leading by exampleIdentify opportunities to improve processes and productivity
Requirements:
What we're looking for in a Supervisor:5+ years of production/manufacturing experience - requiredLeadership or supervisory experience strongly preferredStrong hands-on experience operating CNC machines in a production environmentStrong understanding of CNC equipment, other types of production machines, processes, and troubleshootingStrong computer skillsExperience training or developing other employeesStrong problem-solving skillsSelf-starter who can work independently and take ownershipStrong communication and organizational skillsWhy Barsplice?BarSplice is more than a manufacturing floor.
