Responsibilities:
- Accountable for safely operating the press brake machinery or turret machinery.
- Consistently wear the required PPE per policy.
- Complete safety audits monthly.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
- Seek to identify potential hazards and resolve them.
Quality-minded with attention to detail.
- Accurately read measuring equipment: calipers, height gauge, and micrometer.
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints.
- Notify appropriate support elements when non-conformances are identified.
Competent machine operator.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Work independently with minimal assistance required once trained.
- Think critically and demonstrate the ability to understand and set up machines.
- Organization of area maintaining cleanliness and 5S elements.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED - required.
- 2 or more years of experience preferred.
- Safety-conscious individual with a high level of accountability.
