- Support civil construction, environmental remediation, and infrastructure projects.
- Perform site preparation, excavation support, grading, trenching, backfilling, and general construction activities.
- Assist equipment operators, foremen and other crew members.
- Use hand and power tools safely and properly.
- Load, unload, stage, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment.
- Participate in daily job hazard analyses, safety meetings, and pre-task planning.
- Identify unsafe conditions and exercise Stop Work Authority when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
- Travel to project locations and work scheduled rotations as assigned.
- Perform other duties needed to support safe and successful project completion.
- What We're Looking ForWhat We're Looking For
- Previous civil, heavy construction, environmental, earthwork, or infrastructure experience.
- A demonstrated record of working safely and holding yourself and others accountable.
- Willingness to follow established procedures, wear required PPE, and speak up when something is unsafe.
- Dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a crew.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and job-site conditions.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, climbing, bending and standing for extended periods of time.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.
- Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- OSHA, HAZWOPER, First Aid/CPR, or other construction-related certifications are a plus.Travel with Support
