Outpatient Physical Therapist — Mexia, TX Area

Permanent Direct Hire Full-Time

Compensation: Approximately $75,000 for new graduates / $85,000 for experienced PTs

We are recruiting Physical Therapists for a patient-centered outpatient practice in Central Texas!

Position Highlights

• Approximately $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to offer.

• One-on-one patient care.

• 40-minute appointments.

• Approximately 12 patients per day.

• Six-month mentorship program for new graduates with a reduced caseload.

• Additional location-based compensation may be available.

• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient physical therapy patients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans.

• Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention.

• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree.

• Texas PT license or eligibility.

• Strong communication and patient care skills.
