Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
There is no shift differential for AM/PM.
Required Skills/Experience:
Critical care experience with adults required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Level 3 NICU experience and use of oscillators, InoMax, 980s, Hamilton C6, and Vapotherm preferred.
Special Requests:
Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.
Unit Details:
Equipment includes 840, 980, V60, Vapotherm, Hamilton MR1, C1, and C6.
The role includes patient assessment.
Therapies include oxygen, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy.
The role assists with bronchoscopies at the bedside and in the endoscopy suite.
The role assists with placement of artificial airways.
The role initiates, monitors, and maintains mechanical ventilation.
The role assists with transportation of ventilator-dependent patients.
The role responds to emergent patient situations and ensures airway integrity and adequate ventilation during resuscitation as required.
The role assists at moderate- and high-risk deliveries for neonatal stabilization and/or resuscitation.
The role serves as a clinical resource, providing education to patients, their families, and staff.
The role includes setting up, operating, cleaning, sterilizing, and storing respiratory therapy equipment.
Floating Requirements:
Floats to the Doctors Regional Medical Center RT Department.
Shift & Scheduling:
Rotating weekends.
