Outpatient Internal Medicine locums in New York with a straightforward weekday clinic schedule and no call. You will see traditional primary care for an older, Medicare-heavy panel with a manageable daily volume.

Practice Setting

• Outpatient clinic setting.
• Medicare population, majority of patients are 65+.
• Primary care case mix includes diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, mild cognitive impairment, CHF, and CAD history.
• Support includes nurse practitioners, MA or scribe support, and clinic RNs.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
• Full time coverage requested.
• No call responsibilities.
• ASAP need with a minimum 3 month commitment.

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO.
• New York medical license required, will not wait for license.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• DEA required.
