The Opportunity
We're hiring
Exterior Lighting Installers who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to build a career with a growing company.
You'll install permanent architectural lighting systems on residential and commercial properties, working with exterior mounting components, low-voltage wiring, lighting controllers, and related equipment.
No previous lighting installation experience is required. We're willing to train mechanically inclined individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
What You'll Do
- Install permanent exterior LED lighting systems on homes and commercial buildings.
- Work safely on ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces.
- Measure, mount, and align lighting tracks for clean, professional installations.
- Route and secure low-voltage wiring and connect lighting components within your training and applicable requirements.
- Test lighting systems and troubleshoot installation issues.
- Protect customers' property and maintain clean, organized job sites.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Follow installation procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.
What We're Looking For

- Experience using hand and power tools safely.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions, measurements, and installation diagrams.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:
- Exterior lighting or low-voltage electrical installation
- Roofing, gutters, soffit, or fascia installation
- Solar, cable, telecommunications, or security systems
- Construction, carpentry, HVAC, or home improvement
- Landscape lighting or sign installation

Physical Requirements
This is an active, outdoor field position. Candidates must be able to perform the essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, including working outdoors, climbing ladders, working at heights, bending, reaching, kneeling, using installation tools, and safely handling equipment and materials.
