STUDIO & EVENT PRODUCTION CREW (BALLOON DECOR)
Part-Time and Full-Time Wellington, FL
Noonday Event Company LLC, doing business as Yay It's Noonday!, is a creative balloon and event studio in Wellington, Florida. We're hiring two to three team members for part-time and full-time roles supporting balloon production, studio operations, deliveries, and event installations.
No two days look the same. One day you're building a 20-foot garland, the next you're painting props, styling a setup for a photo shoot, counting inventory, or prepping a delivery. If you like variety and want to learn a little bit of everything in the party design and styling world, you'll fit right in.
Variety doesn't mean guesswork. Every task comes with written instructions, and project plans are outlined in advance and shared with the team through our scheduling app before your shift. You'll always know what you're building, how to build it, and what "done" looks like.
No balloon experience needed. Full training is provided.
You'll thrive here if you take pride in getting the details right, like working with your hands, and enjoy seeing a project come together from start to finish.
