TIG Welder
Location: Cedar Park, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, occasional Saturday overtime
Hourly Rate: $22 to $28/hr, Depending on experience and assessment performance
Integrity Trade Services is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to hire a TIG Welder to support production through precision welding, fabrication, and quality-focused metalwork. This role is essential to ensuring strong weld integrity, accurate blueprint execution, and the timely completion of production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on steel and metal components according to blueprints, work instructions, and weld specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings to ensure accurate production.
- Set up and adjust welding equipment, including gas flow, voltage, and machine settings.
- Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and compliance with required standards.
- Perform minor grinding, fitting, and finishing work as needed to complete production.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while meeting production schedules.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
- Proficient in using hand tools, grinders, and measuring devices.
- Strong understanding of welding safety standards and proper PPE use.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with fabrication, fitting, and quality inspection tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers is preferred.
