Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a TIG Welder/Fabricator, you'll take components from fabrication through assembly and help ensure the finished product meets our quality standards.
You'll:
- Perform TIG welding on fabricated components and assemblies
- Perform MIG welding as needed
- Measure, fit, and prepare components for accurate fabrication and welding
- Drill, tap, bend, grind, sand, cut, braze, and polish materials
- Operate plasma cutters, torches, grinders, drills, and other fabrication equipment
- Complete sub-assemblies and final product assembly
- Inspect your work for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Assist with testing completed products
- Maintain tools and equipment and report needed repairs or unsafe conditions
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow established safety procedures and OSHA requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, safety, productivity, and efficiency
- Support other production areas when needed

What We're Looking For
- TIG welding experience required
- MIG welding and metal fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to produce clean, consistent, high-quality welds
- Experience using common fabrication tools and equipment
- Ability to accurately measure, fit, and fabricate components
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to quality and safety
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
