What You ll Do
- Provide inpatient interventional radiology coverage for adult patients.
- Perform general interventional radiology procedures.
- Perform cerebral embolectomy procedures; aneurysm management is not included.
- Provide overnight beeper call coverage for after-hours procedures.
- Administer moderate sedation as appropriate for procedures.
- Complete clinical documentation in Epic.
- Manage an average weekday volume of approximately 10 cases and weekend volume of approximately 6 cases per day.
What You Need
Required - Interventional radiology physician qualifications.
- Ability to provide general interventional radiology services.
- Ability to perform cerebral embolectomy procedures.
- Ability to provide hospital coverage and overnight beeper call.
- Ability to use Epic for documentation.
Preferred - Availability for a minimum of 2 weeks per month.
